Backup extremely slow (TIH 2010, Windows 7 x64)

Running True Image Home 2010 and Windows 7 x64. My 75GB C: drive backup has been running for almost 11 hours and is only 45% complete! Version 11 took less than 2 hours to backup and verify the same drive when running Vista x64. Does Acronis (or anyone) know how to fix this?
