Backup fails with 0x101F6 (Code 33) caused by Norton AV

My backups were failing with 0X101F6 (Code 33) and, after Googling for an answer, I remember seeing someone post that it could be due to Norton S/W. I disabled my Norton AV and I was then able to do a backup. But, the poster did not recall what (if any) solution exists. Does this ring any bells for anyone?

Hi Richard, no bells ringing for me but we need to know the version (and build) of TI you are using and how and when the failure happens. What sort of backup are you doing?
Does it happen all the time?
Are you using XP, Vista, Win7?
Anything else?
