Backup fails, can't figure out why

Hi,

I'm having lots of issues with True Image. I've been using the app since version 2012 and could never make it work adequately. Now here's what I see :

- I have a scheduled file backup, which works but often throws errors.
- Errors I see always revolve around a "data flux fails to open" (I'm using french version so this is on-the-fly translation, the original error in french reads "Echec de l'ouverture du flux de données"). True Image also complains about not being able to find my TIB file.
- Backup completes with errors, but it seems everything is OK when I browse the finished backup (difficult to sans if it's really 100% ok because there are hundreds of files…)

The backup disk is a standard 2.0TB SATA internal HD with 419GB free so "disk full" is not an option.

Log file and system report are included.

I really don't know what to try, and I've already tried a lot of things. Please ask questions if needed.
