Backup failures because previous backup disk no longer exist

Thread needs solution

I had to replace my backup disk and created a new incremental backup which fails with the error: Failure to open backup (old non-existent disk and file name) when the program tries to consolidate backups. How do I disable or reset this consolidation? I would like to start our fresh exactly like I had just installed the software and ran backup for the first time.

To clear all history but not clear any tib files, this link will do that.
