Blank screen after boot from USB or CD rescue media

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

I have Acronis 2014 installed, but am experiencing the same problem with Acronis 2013.

I have attached the windows info files and acronis files.

1. Both USB and CD boot allows me to boot to the main screen to select Acronis or run diagnostics. Regardless of which option I select the screen goes blank after selecting it and just hangs.
2. I ran chkdsk on all drives, same reaction.
3. I have been running Acronis on this machine for over a year with no problems and have booted and reimaged several times successfully using version 2013.
4. I have unplugged all devices from the machine except for my mouse/keyboard.
5. I have updated the BIOS even though it has always worked fine in the past with the previous version of the BIOS.
6. I have a RAID 0 configuration (hardware raid) for the boot disk.
7. Also, my machine currently boots to Windows, I just need to revert back to an eearlier image version. All drives appear to be functioning normally.
8. I have tried the command line acpi=off noacpi
