Boot CD unable to identify some hard drives on RocketRAID 3520 controller

Thread needs solution

Hello everyone, the boot CD can't see drives on RocketRAID 3520. I have searched through the forum but haven't come across a solution.

I am running Windows 7 x64 Ultimate and using the latest build of True Image Home 2011 (6868).

Using the boot CD I am unable to find some of my hard drives. The recovery environment can see the two hard drives connected to the motherboard controller and can see the first (RAID0) drive on the RocketRAID 3520, but does not see the RAID 1 drive, or the other two drives connected in legacy mode. I have tried both the .iso version of the recovery environment, and that generated using the program. I have also tried the "quiet acpi=off noapic" option but none of these work.
I have then built a recovery CD using BartPE and injecting the RAID drivers and the Acronis plug-in. Unfortunately I get the error message "setup either detected multiple disks in your machine that are indistinguishable or detected raw disk(s). Setup has corrected the problem but a reboot is required". I then reboot and the same thing happens again. I also tried manually injecting the RAID drivers during the Bart start-up but the same problem occurs again. It is then not possible for me to get back to windows 7 unless I run the repair option from the windows 7 DVD. Any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated.
