bootable disk error and other alternatives?

Thread needs solution

Dear all.
I just installed true image 2013 TRIAL as I had changed my PC and true image 2010 hadn't recognized UEFI /GPT based PC.
Unfortunately, there is a problem as to launching a bootable disk.
When I start booting it, there is an error message, saying "runtime exception failed to detect graphic output mode code21495812 tag 0x089328c5c29a9047."
This is message is shown when I used the 2013(not trial) bootable disk that I borrowed from my friend.

My laptop is SONY SVS13A1AJ, UEFI/GPT based windows 7 64bit PC.

so if you have any ques to solve this problem, please give me a comment.

Also, I want to try building the 2013 to WinPE in order to check whether it works before I buy it.
so, I hope I can download BartPE plugin from acronis web-site.plz!

Jin,

First, since you are using the 2013 trial, register your serial number online with Acronis.
Second, open a support case with them by going here: http://www.acronis.com/support/contact-us.html
Third, take a look at this forum post to see the workarounds that others have used with the Sony VAIO laptops. http://www.acronis.com/support/contact-us.html (esp. near the end of the post).
