Bootable media does not recognize RAID 1 configuration on AMD SB850 based motherboard

Thread needs solution

Bootable media created by TIH10 does not recognize my RAID 1 configuration on AMD SB850 based motherboard. Two separate disks are presented instead, making the Bootable disk useless.
Is there any way to overcome (install appropriate RAID drivers)?

Thanks

Hello Leonid!

Welcome to our Forum, we're glad to greet you here! I understand your concern, and will do my best to help you.

I regret to inform you that Acronis True Image Home 10 is an outdated product: it's not supported, developed or updated anymore, thus we cannot guarantee that it will support modern hardware.

You can try resolving the issue by downloading the latest updated media from your account. In order to do it, please register the product license on the registration page, and download the ISO file from "My products and downloads" tab. Please find more details in this Knowledgebase article.

Burn the ISO onto the CD and check whether the issue remains.

Should the RAID still fail to get recognized, I would advise you to test Acronis True Image Home 2011 - the latest version of Acronis Home Products. You can find the demo version here as well as the User's Guide here. Acronis True Image Home 2011 is fully compatible with the images, created by Acronis True Image Home 10, feel free to check the Backup Compatibility.

Trial version is almost full functional, the limitations are listed here. During the trial period (30 days), you will be able to access support directly not only via webform, but also via chat for ongoing technical assistance - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!
