Booting from Rescue CD hangs on graphical interface

Hello,

my cmputer boots into graphical interface, but no keyborad or mouse input is possible.
Rescue CD was built with True Image Home Version 11.0 (Build 8.105).
PC is an AMD Athlon II X4 630, but rescue CD also hangs on old Pentium 4.

Any idea or hints?

Have you tried the quiet acpi=off noapic option detailed in Section II of the Read Before You Post thread?

Have you tried the SafeMedia (Safe Mode) version of TI 11? This is a separate download from your Acronis account and needs to be installed before you can create a TI CD that includes it. Note that this version may not see USB drives and won't see network shares.

Check the BIOS for a Legacy USB option and try it enabled/disabled.

The most likely cause of the problem is that TI 11 doesn't include the drivers necessary for your computer.
