Bought new computer, want to transfer all files, programs, data, setting to new same operation system

Thread needs solution

I tried searching for this and everything was old... I just got the Acronis True Image 2015. I had purchased one laptop and it is too slow and so I bought a replacement but what I am looking to do is first off, because I am pretty sure I will also be updating the now new computer to an even better model within 6 months. I don't want to have to spend all the time to completely reload all my programs and web browsers, extensions, history, data, etc... What is the easiest way to backup my old system and then restore all of those settings to the new one. Same operating system, Windows 8.1? Thanks

The next question is on my desktop I think I have an add on that I can't get used to. I also have Microsoft Office Pro Plus that I bought and downloaded. I can not re install that if I do a complete windows 8.1 re install so I did find an iso file to load the program and I also have the serial but my system restore etc. isn't working correctly on this system and it is only 6 months old so I want to know the best way to again, do the above but in this case not get the same malware that is on it. Or short of that, one problem I had was I installed BCM for Outlook and because of the way Windows 8 loads these files the data base didn't get created the first time so I can't uninstall and re install so I need to do this all over. I get really confused on all this stuff back up image systems stuff.

This question I can ask later the above I need help with now because the other system has to go back tomorrow and I have spent hours trying to find software to do this and now how to do it correctly. Any help will be greatly appreciated...
