BSoD after clone between 2 Laptop
Hello,
I got a problem with Acronis True Image Home 2011. I've make an image of my Asus Laptop HardDrive and I've restaure it on my new Dell Vostro V13. No problems with this step.
But when i'm trying to boot the Dell Vostro V13 Laptop, it's make a BSoD and reboot immediatly...
The OS's recuperation mode is not available cause of a status error (something like 00000025)
I've already tried to use a Win7 recuperation USB (cause no CDRom on this laptop) -> can't fix the problem...
Someone can help ? How can I properly clone my HardDisk between this 2 laptop...
I think it's a driver problem, maybe...
Thanks for help !!

I did not know it existed... Thanks but Acronis® True Image Home 2011 Plus Pack or Acronis® Backup and Security 2010 Plus Pack ?
Which one is better ?

True Image Home 2011 Plus Pack. You have to use the version that matches the installed version of TI Home which in your case is 2011.

Ok, I have installed the Plus Pack on my True Image Home 2011.
Now I'm making a new Disk BackUp and a new bootable usb media. That's all ?
Or I need to install Vostro Chipset Driver on my Asus before ?
There is some others settings to config ?
Thanks for your help !

As you go through the restore using the recovery CD, you will have to check "universal restore". If you don't see this option, the Plus Pack installation didn't work. Repair ATI'installation and reinstall.
If you see the universal restore option, you target disk and your backup in the recovery CD you are in good shape.
You will need to have your target motherboard chipset drivers available on a USB or flash drive attached to the target computer during restore. ATI will ask to specify the path of the drivers, and then will start the restore.
After the restore, Win 7'activation will complain. Probably the online activation will fail and you will have to call Microsoft support or purchase/enter a new license number.
