BSOD Stop 0x7B after using Acronis Cleanup Utility
After failing to uninstall TI v11 (on Windows XP SP3) I discovered and ran the Acronis Cleanup Utility (if that's the exact name?).
The utility reported no issues whatsoever whilst running, however upon rebooting I'm now presented with a BSOD reporting a STOP 0x7B error.
This error, as I understand it, is caused by a missing file required for a driver still expected by the OS.
So has the utility removed the file but not the driver?
Is there _any_ way out of this outside of reinstalling the OS?

Hello Seos Admin and McDonald Technology,
Let me assist you with this situation.
First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced in this situation.
It appears that after reboot your OS refers to the driver which has been deleted from Upper Filters registry section. We haven't faced any similar issue in the past so it must be investigated to determine the exact cause.
There's one good recommendation which may help you to resolve the issue:
Please reboot your computer to load last known boot configuration. The description of this process is given below:
1. When your computer restarts but before Windows launches, press F8.
On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press F8 when the boot menu appears.
2. Use the arrow keys to highlight the last known boot configuration, and then press ENTER.
If this does not help, please provide us with the following information:
1. Crash dump:
Load your PC to Safe Mode (the instructions are the same as for last known boot configuration but you should choose Safe Mode on the last screen).
When your PC is booted to Safe Mode please create Windows Mini-Dump as it's described in this article.
2. Registry capture: in the Safe Mode please copy \Windows\System32\Config\SYSTEM file.
Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the issue appears and the link to this thread. Then please provide me with the case number you receive from our system, so I can pick it up and speed up the process. We will do our best to investigate the problem and provide you with a solution.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.

Hi everyone,
Sorry to revive an old thread, but it was the only one that specifically pertained to what happened to me. Was there ever a resolution to this problem provided by the forum moderator? I have already gone into the Windows 7 repair, started regedit, loaded the system hive, and ensured that the appropriate entries for snapman and timount are removed. As the admin mentioned, where else would the OS be calling those files. I hope someone gets this... Thanks in advance!
