Can I fully restore a system drive using nonstop backup?

Thread needs solution

I am running windows 7 64 bit, and have nonstop backup protecting all my drives (c:, d: and e:).

My understanding is that I can use the nonstop backup archive to restore individual files as well as entire drives.

I assume that if my os on C: goes corrupt, I should be able to restore my C: using the nonstop backup archive to an earlier time and that will fix the problem.

However if my C: dies, am I able to restore a bootable system C: from the nonstop backup archive onto a new hard disk (without having to reinstall the os)? The main reason I am not sure is because the 'system reserved' partition, as far as I can see, is not being protected by nonstop backup, and I cannot see an option anywhere to let me do so.

Thanks in advance.

I suggest you make one complete disk image of your drive with System and C:

This way, assuming the NSB is to a different drive, you will be able to restore your main drive and then use the TimeExplorer to recover all your files.
