can I update from True Image 11 home to True Image 12

I have True Image 11 I tried to update to True Image 12 .
Downloaded 12, during install it said you are installing a upgrade enter the serial number from the program your are upgrading from..
when I enter the serial number from the TI 11 bootable CD sleeve -25 letters and numbers separated by dash ( ? there is also 5 numbers below last sequence of code, do I need to enter these , if so how ) I get error message - invalid key . Any ideas

problem solved, received new key in email ,downloaded latested ver. ,serial nr. accepted downloaded and installed. :)
