Can run Disk/Partition backups but not File/Folder backups.
Thread needs solution
For the past 2 hours I've been trying to do a files backup. At different place on the configuration screen it goes gray and the software closes.
I'm about ready to go back to version 2010. This is the worst backup software that I've ever used or tried to use!
I can configure and run a Disk/Partition backup. I CAN NOT configure a File/Folder backup. This happens on both my laptop and desktop computers.
