Cancel Backup from console stay "Suspending..." and doesn't cancel

Hi,

The question is simple. Once the backup task is started, in this case the task consist of a Backup to cloud, if we try to cancel the task through cancel button, this task stay "suspending..." and seems is not posible to be stopped.

Please mates, any similar behaviour with you Acronis True 2014?

I have the same problem in TIH2014. I am disheartened to see no body has responded to this post.
