Cannot restore good image - Bootable media

I am booting to TIH 2012 boot CD. I validated my disk image and it stated successfully checked. I than try to restore to either an unallocated disk or I format the unallocated disk with a new partition (using DD 11 boot CD). It keeps throwing an error message stating:

Operation with partition 'C:' was terminated. |Run list corrupted (0x7001C) Tag = 0x89D94B01B483DCE9
Run list corrupted

The hard drive I'm using is fine. I have no problems with it. I have even restored another image to it successfully using this same bootable disk. However, this is the last image of an OS i need. Why am I receiving the error is the disk and image is ok?

I also, notice something strange with TIH 2012 boot CD...I see that after I click "proceed" when doing any command or OK(browse windows), TIH freezes for about a few minutes before executing. Why does this happen and does it happen to anyone else?
