Can't "Anyone" Help ? PLEASE ?? Full Drive Backup "Prev Archive Deletion" FAILS

It seems hopeless - this is my 5th Request - but I cannot give up because my work drives have to be backed up.  Acronis main function = Backup and Daily Backups require space. Space is created by the "Delete previous Backup" option - otherwise drive fills up and No space. Delete previous Backup is NOT working so there is No Space and therefore no backups. Here is what is going on - a view from Windows Explorer:

The Forum Admins must have seen my posts on this - after all this is the 5th.  But they have never responded and I am sure they would if they knew of a fix. 

It is a 100% repeatable Problem - as it always occurs. The Incremental jobs fill up my 1.5 GB Internal drive is a week - Acronis never deletes any of the  Previous Backup Archives (and it is checked to delete them) - and then all subsequent Backup jobs FAIL due to lack of space.

Deletion of Archives works only if I use Folders or Files - but not when I backup an entire Drive.
 My Login/Password is entered for all jobs and is correct - which is why the Backups themselves run just fine.   Can someone help ??
