Can't change settings in Online Backup

Thread needs solution

I have given up on Online Backup. It has not functioned properly for many months and even with some substantial (and professional) tech support that also lasted several months, but ultimately unable to solve the problem, it is time to remove Online Backup. The problem is I can't. I am trying to delete all the files from the cloud, but have not yet succeeded. The other big problem is when I try to do anything else such as clicking on "settings" or clicking the gear and then "edit settings," I get the following error message, "Acronis True Image has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." Bottom line: I can't get rid of Acronis Cloud Backup. Any suggestions?
