Can't login to Sync

Thread needs solution

Error is something about a path to the PEM, whatever that is.

I can't paste the error in here or the other box.

I attached a screen capture.
I can't do much until you fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most likely it is caused by the synchronization server being unavailable at the moment. We recommend to wait a few minutes and repeat the attempt. Please take a look at the following KB article for additional information.

I had the very same problem as yours, no matter how long I waited I could still not log on. I have now resolved this error and can now log on with no problems, this was done in my case by un-installing the Acronis Sync Agent programme and re-installing the Acronis 2012 programme.
