Can't open the .tib file in Windows

Thread needs solution

I have True Image - Latest update of 2013 version. When I attempt to open and look inside the .tib backup of my 2 latest full back ups, I am NOT able to open them. It says BOTH backups are valid when I look in the program...TAB, Backup and Recovery. However when I attempt to open the .tib file (I have CLOSED the Acronis Program) I get an error message....."An error occurred while opening the backup archive, cannpt continue the operation because the backup is corrupted or is being used by another process, or you do not have enough permissions to perform the operation" In previous versions of True Image.... I NEVER had a problem opening the archeive the SAME way. Any suggestions please. I don't trust the archive now. Should I???
