Clone and image windows NT

I have 3 old industrial computer running a windows nt and an industrial application running only on those windows . I want to cloning hard drives and make an image for its hard drive with acronis 2013. I will have any problem with windows nt or with industrial applicatios? Have anyone
encounter the same situation as mine and if so what is the best practice for this situation
