Clone disk fails at the end of the process

I have ATI WD Edition. When I try to clone my Maxtor IDE drive to my WD SATA Raid it gets all the way to the end of the process. Displays a small "processing" dialog box and jumps back to the home screen.

Nothing after that.

There is no prompt indicating an impending shut down. I just did this on my laptop with a fujitsu sata to WD sata and it worked fine.

I am running WinXP SP3
