Clone Failure - Could not copy Quickbooks

I tried to clone an HDD to an SDD, and about halfway through, it failed with no error code. It mearly had an error copying over a QuickBooks Pro file and failed. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I just realized that the computer is no longer recognizing the SSD neither in the BIOS or within Acronis. I have the SSD in a Sata to USB 2.0 case.

I setup a new partition onto the ssd, its now recognizing again. I'm back to square one, but I still need help with the QuickBooks.
