i have acronis true image 2010 and cloned wd320gb internal drive to be new bootable master. cloned successfully. Removed old master. Set jumpers on new cloned had to master.
When re-start computer asks for boot media to be placed in CD drive. If I put acronis CD indrive computer will boot to windows. When look in setup bios cloned drive is not listed
only the word AUTO is there. Even if I manually select the new cloned drive as master, it

You may want to look again at your jumper setting.

The master setting differs depending upon whether another drive is or is not connected to the middle connector.
You can also the bios for other settings. The drive would be connected to the end connector as a master. User manual for drive can be helpful and there are settings imprinted into the drive as to jumper settings.

You most likely are using a boot using IDE mode. There is also an "boot using SATA mode" which would not be applicable.
