Cloning of Server 2003 boot and data drive

I have a Dell PowerEdge 6800 running 2003 Server and SQL with one 73gb Ultra 320 SCSI drive with a C partition for the system and a D partition for data that is out of drive space. I need a product that can clone this drive to a new 300gb Ultra 320 SCSI to replace the old 73gb drive. This PowerEdge server has many open drive bays. I need to complete this overnight. What product would work? Please explain steps to be taken.
