Cloud backup keeps failing

I have upgraded to true image 13 - looking for help this version not even listed following the customer support option in help - how rubbish is that!
My problem is running a cloud backup, yes it takes a long time but I can live with that for an intial backup. I have done it incrementally by doing about 10gb at a time and just adding more folders in settings this was working but has now just stopped after about 33gb.
I've checked my connection via speed test and that appears OK no other issues using internet.
Any ideas how I check this out.
