Thread needs solution

Hope this is the correct place, but does anyone else have the same problem as the screenshot I attached?

There have been reports of other people having difficulty, your error message indicates that the server is overloaded or something similar, normally waiting a few hours solves the problem.

Are you able to access it from your account or does this time out as well? I'm assuming you are trying to access the cloud via True Image and getting the error message.

This happens (or happened) from the website (acronis.com, login, recover my data), and timing out from TIH13 application.
