Comments does not show up

If you open 1.jpg, you will see that comment " Recovery media ATih Premium 2014 Built 6614 from USB drive"

but on the 2.jpg the comment does not show up. Sometimes the correct comment will show up

"Windows 7 partition, Part of Dual boot with XP. Registry cleaned and unnecessary folder and program removed. Ok for recovery. working copy on 27Apr 2013." this is correct.

atih_error_1.jpg show first 3 have similar comment but actually on the first one is correct. The SD card GIO have different comment "Backup Stephanie card ............"

Can't resolve this problem. Have seen similar problem with previous version. Can this be solved?
