Crash on shutdown, Acronis fltsrv.sys. Where can I get the latest copy of this driver
My computer service provider looked at the dump that happened on shutdown
and said the cause of the error was fltsrv.sys
They said: This was probably caused by the following module: fltsrv.sys (fltsrv+0x3F73)

Well there is not any info in the Knowledge base for this code.

I have removed the USB drive that was related to the problem and Acronis ran a week with not crash doing several archive/backups. Might have been some problem with the motherboard USB3 and the My Book drive.
Sent the computer back to the vendor for analysis. No one ever gave me a linke to a later version of Acronis fltsrv.sys. So I am still waiting for a link to fresh Acronis drivers.
