Crash when trying to view backup settings

Thread needs solution

I just purchased True Image 2014 yesterday. After running a backup with successful validation, I tried to click on "Settings". When I do this, TrueImage.exe immediately crashes.

I attached windbg to capture the crash and got these details:

At this point I'm completely blocked in that I can't do something as simple as view my backup's settings. I have a support ticket opened for this but I am hoping someone in the forums may have seen this as well and could offer advice.

Thanks!
