Thread needs solution

I had trouble with crashes particularly with Outlook and Excel and Microsoft updates. I removed Acronis 14. Problems solved. Using WIN7 Professional.

I suspect there are other underlying issues that might be contributing to the system instability you describe. If you want more assistance, you are welcome to provide more information. If applications are crashing on your machine, errors/events are likely being captured in the System Event Viewer. These may shed light on the problem(s) you are experiencing. These errors will remain even after Acronis was uninstalled.
