CREATE NEW BACKUP PARTITION

I currently have Acronis 2010. When I installed it it put the backup partion on C drive along with the (OS)
(the drive is 500g so there was plenty of room) I now have a second drive (160 g) I would like to "move" the partition to this drive. How do I go about doing it. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall and delete the current partition?
