Creted new tasks for larger external, now weird conflicting results

I’m re-submitting this problem with slightly different wording because yesterday I received an administrator spam alert which blocked my post ( which I’ve never encountered before), so not knowing when or even if it’ll get posted, I’m re-posting.

Acronis True Image Home 2011:

I just installed a 3 TB external on my Win 7 Pro. I was previously running out of disk space with my 1 TB external, therefore the larger external.
Set up new backup tasks, tried running a couple of them, but received running out of disk space prompt. Obviously there is plenty of space, and the drive is working because I’m able to copy files to it. After some trial and error, including deleting from the GUI my original email backups to the old external, my email backup finally appeared to run. However, the GUI indicates that it is not yet backed up, but it does have a .tib file in the appropriate location of 1,019,904 kb. When I go to Operations and click on Backup Location, the resulting prompt is ‘Backup Location Cannot Be Found’. I also received an email result which looked normal, except the vary last line indicates:
‘create incremental backup archive from My Application settings to file “J:New Backups 5-4-15\Outlookandcontacts.tib” Compression:Normal.
There is no last line info indicating whether the operation has succeeded or if there was an error.
I did create these new backups while my original backups were still listed in the GUI, except that I finally did delete my original email backups to see if that was perhaps contributing to the weird results.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
