Deleting subscription to online backup

Hello Bruce,

You can actually unsubscribe from Online Backup yourself. It can be done from your website account, just click "Delete subscription".

However I have checked your account right now. Currently you have a trial subscription only, and no active subscription purchased. So once this one is expired, you won't be charged any money and the data backed up (if any) will be removed from our storage after 30 days.

I don't want this subscription, and would like to unsubscribe. I Just received this email:

It says I can unsubscribe, but in fact, there is no way to do it. So how can I REALLY unsubscribe? I did not ask for nor approve this service.

Attached is an image of the web page, showing its complete lack of unsubscribe button.

I have chosen to let my online backup subscription expire. It has. Now, how is it possible to both know that my backup data has been removed from your system and to remove the referene to this defunct service from my backup and recovery screen?
