Dell OptiPlex 390 SF

Thread needs solution

Acronis True Image 2012 does not recognize my Dell OptiPlex 390 SF harddisk.
I have the newest build of Acronis.
My 2010 version also does recognize my harddisk.

How can i fix this?

Hello Thijs,

It might be the snapapi drivers error. I will send you the link for the update. Please install it, and let me know the results.

If the problem remains, please send us Acronis Info, and Acronis Disk Report from the problem machine.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you.

Hi
Build 3708 seems to work without any problems but not released officially by Acronis. When is it coming out? Currently the build is 3501.

Last time I spoke to support was 12 months ago (year 2011) and they assured me that it will be coming out in a month or two. I have just checked after a year as we have a requirement to now image Optiplex 390 and we can't with the official build release of 3501.

Answer to this from support will be great.

Thanks

Hello Josh Ben,

Thank you for taking the time to post on our Forum. I will be glad to be of assistance.

At this stage I am unable to find out as to when the next build release for Acronis Snap Deploy 3 will be. Nevertheless, I would like to offer a future build that has not been officially released. The build number is 3510 and will resolve your imaging issues with your Dell Optiplex 390 hardware.

Please expect a PM from me with the unique link for this build for you to directly download the installation file and utilise our product from thereon.

Should you have any issues downloading the build from the link I will provide, please do let me know at your earliest convenience, and I will be happy to help.

For any additional questions or issues please do not hesitate to let us know. Alternatively, you may contact Acronis Customer Central, reading through our Customer's Handbook in the meanwhile.

Kind regards,

Volkan
