Hi,

when I use the IDE mode for my HDD in BIOS (mobo: Asus P5Q Pro) my HDDs doesn't get detected from the True Image 11 Home boot CD. only in AHCI mode which I don't want use.

I contacted the support about that month ago and they send me a "special" version, which solved the problem.

"TrueImage8105_multiparam_2.6.27_Standard_german_il.iso" (german version)

I lost this specific file and the last true image 11 build I can donwload is from 2008. Maybe the support or someone else can provide me with an additional link to this "special version"?

ok, I couldn't wait longer so I just purchased the latest true image version.

Nerveless, I think it's a pity that I could only download (I purchased it as a download by the way) the true image 11 build from 2008, even if the support send me a newer one which solve the problem.

It would be nice if Acronis would add the links for special builds to a customer's account so they could download them as needed. After all, they have access to the account.
