Disk Size not changed after restore
Dear Gentlemen,
While my 240GB disk gave up and I needed a bigger disk, 500GB,
I restored may Image Backup, which was working.
Checking the disk size, it still showed the szie of the previous disk of 240GB
and not the Size of the replaced disk.
What went wrong?
I guess the complete Volume Header Record of the previous disk was unchanged copied.
This is a Major Problem. The new Size of the disk should be taken.
Kind regards,

Normally, ATI would automatically scale the appropriate partitions according to some internal rules. If it didn't, you will have to restore the partitions manually, one by one, in the same order they were laid out on your older disk. To ascertain this order, print a screenshot of the Windows disk managemenbt console. Then boot your computer on the recovery CD and restore the partitions in the same order. If you have a regular MBR boot disk (ie you don't have a UEFI/GPT setup common with recent Windows 8.1 computers), don't forget to mark the right partition active.
