Does a Clone operation in TI2012 include any sort of validation/verification?

I'm cloning one drive to another in TI 2012 (running on Windows 7, but I could use the bootable media if need be) and want to be sure that everything was correctly transferred before wiping the original drive. I used the "Manual" mode for Clone, but did not see any options or status messages that would indicate any sort of validation was run.
The drive in question is a non-standard filesystem (datastore for an ESXi virtual server), so I can't easily verify the integrity of the data after the fact.
Does Acronis verify or validate clone operations automatically? If not, does anyone have any suggestions for how to compare the two drives?
