Don't understand information on Back Up start screen

I am trying to learn how to use Acronis 2011 to recover my hard disc. I have finally decided I ought to learn now before disaster strikes.

As you can see from the attached screen grab I have a section "My system" which says it is not backed up yet, but the line at the bottom says "Backup has been successfully completed on 23/11/13" One seems to contradict the other, what does it mean?

I have 3 entries for My System all on the same date, none of which have been backed up, should I delete them?

I also have an entry for Main and another (not shown) for Local Disc (C). I do not understand what these are, what is the difference between Main and Local Disc?

I woud be grateful for advice so I can use the program.
