Downloading andf Using Scheduler Manager

I have followed the Instructions in knowledge base item 1859: Acronis Scheduler Manager. I find the step-by-step instructions confusing. I have a 64-bit, Windows 7 operating system.

I have downloaded the Acronis Scheduler Manager. When I run it, a command line appears. Frankly, I just don't know what to do next. I typed in the words schedreport.txt as instructed but the response is that this is not available. The instructions provided in knowledge base item 1859 do not seem to work. I believe they are poorly written, or I am a poor reader.

Following the instructions, I do not find the "\backup and recovery\schedmgr.exe" file in the folder "Program files (X 86)\Acronis as indicated in 1859.

Any help would be appreciated.
