Drive Cleanser problem

I am mainly interested in using true image due to it's hard drive wiping facility. The problem is True image home 2012 does not recognise any of my drives which are connected via usb with a sata / IDE adapter(10 of them connected). The only wiping option I get is for the system drive and nothing else is shown. The strange thing is I have since downloaded the trial program of your standalone cleanser shown at this link:

and the above program recognised all the drives. Why does your standalone program recognise the drives but not the one bundled with true image? Also everything seems to work ok when I tried 2011 release of True image. Why then won't things work as they should with 2012? I have used your cleaning program to remove and reinstall etc but I still have the same problem

How do I resolve this?
