[DUPLICATE] Can't find SATA HDD in recovery with TI11 Home

Hello.

I use Acronis True image 11 home.
I booted from CD and wanted to recover my image that I recently made in the beginning of this year.
While backing up TI recognized both of my SATA HDDs and still does.
When I chose recovery it doesn't.
I don't have any external USB Drive but an USB pen Drive pluged in.
The dialog proceeds to the dialog where I should be able to chose a .tib file from any device.
An hourglass is being display the device will not be shown even after waiting for several minutes.

My old VErsion TI8 recognizes the USB pen Drive but not the SATA Devices.

How can I solve this problem? Pleae help me. It's an urgent issue. Thank you.
