Hello Andreas,

I understand the question and will do everything possible from my side to solve the issue.

This is an English speaking forum so it’s preferably to write your requests in English otherwise your question may stay unanswered.

The source of the issue is lack of drivers under Acronis bootable disc. I have checked your account and found registered Acronis True Image 11 Home. I sent you a special ISO image of Acronis bootable disc based on ISOLinux loader via PM, this ISO has better hardware support than usual one and it will certainly solve the issue you experience.

Please note that officially Acronis True Image 11 Home doesn’t support Windows 7. I may recommend you upgrade to Acronis True Image Home 2010 using our online store.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Thank you.

Hi Dmitry

I wanted to ask you if there is any way for me to receive/get this advanced "special ISO-Image" with the additional drivers as well, because my ATI 11 Home Build 8064 (registered) has problems during a restore to recognise my two SATA-Drives (the one with the image and the other as the destination) on a GIGABYTE mainboard (Model GA-X48-DQ6, running normally on Win7 64bit Ultimate).

I was able to produce (from within Win7) the partition image on a second SATA (backup-) drive, but when i start from a builded Boot-CD, no SATA drives at all were recognised (a third ATA drive was available only for backup, but not in the restore subsection). That's why i think some drivers are missing on the "standard" CD.

Thanks in advance for help

Greetings from Switzerland

Heinz

Hello,
I have the same problem under Windows XP SP 3 with my FSC Esprimo Mobile V 6515.
Neither the boot media of Acronis True Image Home 2010 nor 2011 can find any harddisks.
Is it possible to get a linux-based iso for me, too?

Thanks,
Greetings from Berlin, Germany

Dear Bernd,

Thank you for finding time to join us on Forum, we're glad to greet you here. I understand your concern, and will do my best to assist you.

Acronis True Image Home 2011 bootable media contains the latest updated drivers, so in case it fails to recognize the hard drives, then the situation requires investigation.

Please gather Acronis Linux Report, submit a case with the information attached, and let us know its number.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!

Dear Yana,
There is no error-code shown, when starting my FSC Esprimo Mobile V 6515 with the boot media.
The system report created under Linux is attached, it was storde on an usb-stick.
