Error al abrir (inicializar) el equipo - True Image 13 - Failure

I am trying Acronis True Image 13 before buying it (Spanish version).
I'd like to do "Full copies" (no incremental ones). And then restore and plug, creating a virtual disk. I did that in previous versions and it worked.

But I have two problems.
1). I select "securities copies of disks..." (copia de seguridad de discos y particiones, in Spanish).
I choose destinations, name, ... BUT I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ACTIVATE origin (C:)

2) I then try with "Other copies of security" and choose files. There is a failure after doing it:
Error al (inicializar) el equipo… (Failure at inizialising the computer...)
Error al inicializar la biblioteca del gestor de instantáneas

Some help??

This means that snapapi library doesn't work and without it , disk backup is not possible. If there were previous versions of True Image installed on this computer, try to uninstall , then run cleanup urility ( http://kb.acronis.com/content/34876 ), and install 2013 again. If it's a clean install, then chances that reinstall will heap are smaller. If it doesn't help, technical support via chat and email is available during trial period.
