Error occurred while opening the backup archive. Backup locked or corrupted
Thread needs solution
Receiving this error (single image backup, restoring using same version of acronis 2014 build 6614 that was used to take the image):
"An error occurred while opening the backup archive. Cannot continue the operation because the backup is corrupted, or it is being used by another process, or you do not have enough permissions to perform the operation."
The error code does not produce any information in the support center:
0x01010005+0x01010005+0x01E50015+0x01E5001A+0x000B041D+0x00040011+0x0000FFF0+0x80070002
File is 650MB and is critical data that needs to be accessed. I can't validate or mount the archive and I've tried several different workstations. There must be some way to repair/extract the data manually? Help!!
