Errorcode 0x9F2C53C72E8BCD1F

Thread needs solution

Hallo,
I work on a Windows-7 PC with AcronisTrueImage 2013.

Since today all Backups fail and I get an Errorcode 0x9F2C53C72E8BCD1F .
I tried several storage locations - Acronis Secure Zone and external USB Disk.

Some days ago all worked quite well. Since then I installed several Window 7 Updates.

I tried the bootable CD for TI2013 and that woks fine.

Thus it seems my TI2013 installation has problems with Windows 7 ... I observered this morning that Win-7 SP1 had been installed by the windows updater.
Next I will try to reset Windows to a state some days ago.

well meanwhile the problem is resolved, I beleave.

I ran ScanDisk an it found an inconstistency/error in filelength of one file....it corrected and now TrueImage is successfully running a backup.

Nevertheless, I recommend that Acronis improves the error reporting providing some/better description.
