Expired cloud subscription blocking use with private storage

Thread needs solution

I've used acronis for backup for years. I purchased the 2013 software in april but don't need the cloud-based service.

The software says that my cloud subscription has expired and now the software won't work for backups to private storage. And the web site won't give me access to Acronis support (since my 'subscription' expired.)

Suggestions?

Can you provide some additional information about your version and build number of True Image?

Where is your "private" storage located?
