Failed to start Sync Agent service....Error while calling RPC

I could not start the sync process probably due to the errors in the Title section. This problem started suddenly, in previous times, the sync process started okay and syncs were successful. I can't tell if this is really an Acronis software problem or is a Windows problem. I went to Administrative services and enabled all found RPC topics. The Acronis Sync Agent service did not start in that area. Am using Window 7 32 bit on a desktop, The newest Acronis home release version is installed (7119) but the problem was first seen on release 6154. Can anyone provide solution guidance?
