Family pack up grade key does not work

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I upgraded my acronis 2012 which I paid $59.95 for so I could have 3 keys, so I up grade to the family pack. This does not work, the key suggests I am upgrading for an older version. This does not make sense, I have now spent $80 and I have had no respone from support since I sent them a email on Janurary 29th. It is now Feb 7th. The ticket ref number is [ ref:00D3Zcb.5005F16rs:ref ]. Hoping to resolve this as I was referred the product and company based on support and service.
